There have been many changes in the corporate tax world in recent years and we already see further changes on the horizon.  Whilst we will cover any topic areas for typical small and medium sized companies this is likely to include:

• The experience of the impact of changes to corporate tax rates and the effect on profit extraction for owner managed businesses
• Research and development – the future for tax reliefs
• Capital allowances for companies
• Issues for close companies including loans to participators
• A review of recent changes in HMRC guidance and Case Law
